Job Description

Manages site-specific contract execution, service delivery, and customer interaction for all locations within the region of responsibility. Perform a variety of program management activities that include:

* Direct and execute all administrative personal actions IAW customer and GDIT standards of conduct and performance (i.e. formal performance evaluation, compensation management, disciplinary actions and employee recognition)
* Monitor assess and evaluate technical performance and coordinate strategic training solutions to ensure optimal performance of site personnel
* Motivate, encourage and promote performance, progression, and retention of personnel
* Plan, analyze, and determine hiring needs based on attrition, surge, and emerging customer requirements
* Evaluate candidate professional experience, education and certifications to ensure compliance with contract labor category requirements
* Conduct or coordinate technical evaluations of personnel qualifications by subject matter experts
* Coordinate hiring, reassignments, and terminations with HR Business Partners and recruiters as applicable
* Provide expert recommendations to the Program Management Office for resource/operations management and ensures compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures
* Supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors and managers.
* Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
* Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.
* Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
* Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
* Participates in special projects as required.

Candidate must have experience with Special Access Program's (SAP) and be familiar with security disciplines.

Must be familiar with security policy/manuals, and SAP Directives and policies.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop/lead a high performing team focused on the customer's mission.

Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.

Expert written and verbal communication skills along with expert customer service.

Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Security Clearance:

Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information

Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
