Job Description

Facebook is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our growing Internal Audit team in support of Facebooks Policy and Global Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying and assessing policy, operational, regulatory/compliance, and reputational risks across a variety of business functions, evaluating the design of processes and controls, and leading/executing large-scale and complex audits. In addition, the candidate will need to exhibit strong technical, project management, and communication skills necessary to navigate a complex environment and cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The position will be a part of an integrated Internal Audit team that values curiosity, collaboration, flexibility, take-the-initiative mindset, and attention to detail.

Internal Audit Manager - Policy & Global Operations Responsibilities

* Support the execution of Facebooks global internal audit plan

* Participate in ongoing enterprise and functional (Policy, Global Operations) risk assessments and assist in developing and executing a dynamic audit plan to address high risk areas within Facebooks Policy and Global Operations

* Build collaborative and trusting relationships with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders

* Review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls for key processes

* Plan, execute, and report-out on various types of audits, including post-remediation validation

* Effectively manage relationships and engagement with consulting partners to ensure cohesive and collaborative execution

* 10-15% domestic/international travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in Big 4, Management Consulting, and/or Internal Audit

* BA/BS degree in Policy, Finance, or Business Administration

* Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Experience in end-to-end project management, systems evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration

* Experience operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects/initiatives

* Problem solving skills that demonstrate critical thinking and outside-the-box approach to reach a solution

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA, CIA, and/or CISA

* Experience in platform policy, integrity, Trust & Safety operations
