We are looking for a Life@ (Benefits) Health and Wellbeing Strategic Initiatives Analyst to join the Life@ team to deploy and manage Life@ (Benefits) Health and Wellbeing strategic programs including for COVID-19. We need someone with experience in strategy, design and program management roles who can thrive working independently and leading projects involving various groups across locations involving multiple vendors. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and figuring out the best way to do things and to be able to communicate and work with the rest of the team to achieve this.
Life@ Health and Wellbeing Strategic Initiatives Analyst Responsibilities
* Deploy and manage Life@ (Benefits) Health and Wellbeing strategic initiative programs including for COVID-19.
* Serve as a Life@ (Benefits) point of contact on key crisis response issues and projects and coordinate with regional contacts.
* Liaise with security, environmental health and safety, legal and HR on strategic critical programs and urgent incidence matters.
* Develop and execute plans for special programming requests across the company related to mental health and wellbeing topics.
* Manage and deploy vendors on specific projects such as annual onsite flu shot strategy.
* Identify and develop strong partnerships with cross functional partners and identify collaborative opportunities.
* Provide strategic guidance ensuring compliance efforts, audits of data, processes and policies are executed.
* Design/Create strategic initiatives focusing on: Is it solving the customer need? Is it scalable? How does it maximize productivity and engagement? What is the impact to the business? Does it represent an innovative solution to a tough challenge? Is the marketing and distribution creating impact? Does it have success measures? to ensure a positive employee experience.
* Develop communication strategy and market new programs to increase measurable employee awareness and understanding.
* Impact and influence at all levels in the organization and build and foster effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in strategy, design and program management roles.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills and experience using data to drive recommendations.
* Experience communicating to audiences.
* Project management and process improvement experience.
* Experience working independently and leading projects involving various groups/locations/vendors.
* Experience influencing individuals at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex escalations requiring interpretation of plan designs and contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
* BA/BS degree or equivalent benefits experience.
* Experience networking both inside and outside organization.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
* Communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Organization skills and detail oriented.
* Experience in HR, Security, Health & Safety or Legal.
