What You'll Do

* Provide operational and technical support to enhance scripting and automation within the infrastructure team
* Work with system engineers to solve complex issues
* Advance automation within infrastructure and help the teams work smarter and more efficiently through automating repeatable processes
* Leverage scripting and tools to drive device/server configuration compliance

What You'll Need

* Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
* Experience working with programming/scripting languages such as PowerShell
* Experience with SCCM and Solarwinds for automation
* Familiarity working with application APIs to extend functionality
* Familiarity with Orchestration technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, etc.
* Cisco network and Windows server administration fundamentals
* Python coding for infrastructure automation (LAMP Stack, API's, DB's, etc.)
* Report writing and PowerBi experience
* Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Ability to work effectively and communicate with staff, peers and others to accomplish goals and to identify and resolve problems
* Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple distributed IT teams within Infrastructure
* Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term objectives
* Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems
* Highly technical, detail oriented, organized and self-starter
* Customer Service focused mindset

Your Education

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
* Bachelors Degree preferred
