About The Team

As a Business System Analyst for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, systems administrator, and business analyst to help onboard customers and connect applications to IdP Cloud. IdP Cloud is a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. This is an exciting position that will have you interacting with different lines of business (as well as customers) across the company and across different areas of financial services.

What You Will Be Doing

* Providing general project management support and status updates for ongoing initiatives

* Providing configuration support for new and existing tenants in IdP Cloud

* Manage new tenant creation requests

* Supporting the release cycle by performing basic feature validation to confirm things are set up correctly

* Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities

* Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities

* Assisting in troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console

* Assisting with the configuration and testing of new SSO projects

* Responding/reacting to support requests from the lines of business, adhering to our internal SLA

* Liaising with the help desk team leaders for minor support requests (suspensions, OTP resets, etc.)

* Properly communicating ticket status to users and stakeholders, including senior leaders.

* Performing regular maintenance of user lists

* Providing general system administrative duties

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree from job discipline

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong written and communication skills

* Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

* Ability to work well independently and within a team

A Bonus If You Have

* Basic understanding of markup languages (HTML, XML, JSON, etc.)

* Advanced MS Office skill, especially Excel

* VBA/Macro skill with MS Office
