This role is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery of materials to lines, storage of incoming raw materials in the warehouse, loading of outbound shipments to customers, storage of finished product in the warehouse, processing inbound shipments and outbound loads, maintaining accurate inventory, housekeeping, and other related functions.

What You Will Do:
* Uses various pieces of equipment (forklift, manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, reach truck, and propane lift) to move pallets
* Supply production lines with materials required to produce finished product in a timely fashion
* Move, label and store finished product from production lines into specified locations in Warehouse
* Properly receive, unload and store incoming materials or deliver directly to lines
* Examine all packaging and contents of items for conformance to customer specifications and verifies all information against the packing list and SAP
* Pick full pallets of product from warehouse and stage for loading or load direct onto trucks
* Verifies quantities, quality of items and proper labeling of products that are being shipped
* Perform pre-load trailer inspection
* Identify items with a quantity discrepancy and promptly communicates with supervisor
* Maintains accurate inventory records at all times
* Maintains the 5S cleanliness of warehouse area
* Follows all safety procedures and policies
* Follow all warehouse procedures and policies
* Changeout propane tanks on a forklift and hookup forklift batteries on charging stations
Position Details:
* Plant location: Greensboro, NC
* Wage: $15.00/hour ($0.30 shift differential on 3rd and Night)
* Work week and shift: (mandatory overtime as needed, including weekends)
* 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6:30am
* 12 Hour Non-Rotating Shifts (2 on, 3 off; 2 on, 2 off; 3 on, 2 off)
* Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
* Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D. required
* One year forklift experience in a plant or warehouse setting
* Prior experience with SAP and/or RF scanners
* Must be able to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
* Must be able to follow both written and verbal directions
* Must be able to work overtime and weekends on a regular basis

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
* Must be able to perform all physical duties
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience using bar code scanners, warehouse management systems and SAP
* Be able to properly utilize a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, reach lift, sit-down forklift, and/or stand-up counter-balance
* A minimal level of analytical ability is required
