Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Support the Cash Product team through analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and business development activities. Provide all aspects of financial oversight including budgeting, reporting and planning.
* Primary responsibility for all financial coverage related to Cash products: Double Cash (a critical growth areas for the business) and Legacy Cash.
* Partner cross-functionally with Business leadership to assess business drivers, P&L; performance and to maintain a high standard of controls.
* Develop analytical frameworks and create business cases to support financially sound strategic decisions for product related investments and changes to customer product offerings and pricing.
* Partner in the development and monitoring of the forecast and marketing investment decisioning processes.
* Drive Expense discipline and evaluate critical investment opportunities.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of the portfolio versus expectations and effectively communicate performance to Card and Finance Senior Management with clear, timely updates through periodic business reviews.
* Represent Finance at Business forums.
* Prepare decks for Senior Management with insights on product portfolio performance.
* Along with business partners, drive key strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus

* 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services with a focus in consumer banking, preferably in a large complex organization with responsibilities across multiple businesses and functions
* Ability to build strong relationships and interact at all levels in the organization
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, presentation, verbal) and leadership skills with a strong attention to detail
* Strong financial Excel modeling skills with the ability to drive top down strategic and operational plans
* Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics presented in a compelling manner
* Strong project management skills with the ability to own and drive complex projects to completion
* Ability to work independently in a high paced, rapidly changing environment
