Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

This role involves servicing CIB and CBG clients with their international trade transactions. Duties include acting as the primary liaison between the customer and banks involved, discussing complex trade issues and discrepancies in a customers shipping documents, solving problems requiring collaboration with various domestic and overseas bank partners, and the examination of Export Commercial Letter of Credit documents in both English and Spanish. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. The El Monte Centralized Export Team currently handles export Commercial letter of credit document presentations for CIB and CBG clients, in addition to documents presented in Spanish requiring translation.

This position is located at 9000 Flair Dr. El Monte, CA 91731. Team members are currently rotating time in the office and time working remotely from home. Team is expected to move back to full time in the office once we are back to business as usual. Full telecommute is not an option for this role.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of trade services experience

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
* Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
* Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Fast and accurate keying skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* 3+ Years of Trade Services and Letter of Credit experiences
* CDCS qualified, or containing commensurate knowledge evidence by significant experience in Trade Experience working in a multi-tasking environment, showing success in managing numerous overlapping tasks on a daily basis.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
* Knowledge and understand of UCP600 and related Trade regulatory guidelines and credit risk
* Spanish is beneficial but not required
