We are seeking a Platform Support Engineer with the Platform Management team within the Innovation & Strategic Services Technology (I&SST) organization. I&SST is part of Wholesale, Wealth & Investment, and Innovation Technology organization.
The Salesforce Support Specialist will focus on implementation, delivery, and maturity of Incident Management, SLAs, Reporting, Monitoring & Alerting, Access Management.
Team member will be part of the platform team interacting with the CRM Development team and our business partners utilizing Salesforce - hence must understand how the users are utilizing Salesforce across the multiple lines of business.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
* 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
* 4+ years of Salesforce experience
* 2+ years of ETL, data warehouse and data analytics delivery experience on internal or external cloud platforms
* 1+ year of relational database experience
Desired Qualifications
* Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
* Strong team or technical leadership experience
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
* Ability to manage large programs/projects that impact business critical (Tier 1) applications in high volume 24/7 engineering environment
