The Technology Business Services Sr. Associate will contribute to achieving various objectives on the team through strong leadership and collaborative partnerships with businesses, technology, and other functional teams. The role supports maturing integrated Crisis Management and Incident response (CMIR) capabilities through experience and competencies including technology design, change management, problem management, communications, process design, operations, service resilience, etc. The team conducts various transformational initiatives including the investigation, assessment orchestration, implementation or improvements that result in positive behavioral change for strengthening crisis management and incident response.

The role will support the team and the department's objectives through direct engagement with teams and prioritized cross-functional initiatives. The role is focused on broad list of aspects of activities including but not limited to areas of: Business Continuity, Technology Operations, Problem Management, Operational Risk Management, Crisis Response, Data, Analytics, Reporting, Automation, Workflow, Process Improvement, Communications, Documentation, Presentations, Workshops, Testing and Training.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing CMIR Reporting commitments using various tools and conducting analysis using trusted data
* Aid in workflow and automation operational efforts using various platforms (i.e. ServiceNow, Appian, SharePoint).
* Preparing or manage workshops, presentations, training sessions including any other formal documentation
* Conduct or participate in post-mortem research, analysis and recommendations after major incidents.
* Support the design, implementation and integration of key indicators for operational monitoring or overall resiliency
* Maintain internal CMIR operational metrics aligned against the strategic road map
* Administer Information Platforms as required (i.e. Tableau, Systems of Record, SharePoint, Jira, etc).
* Influence Change the Bank Efforts supporting Cross-functional Resiliency Engagements that strengthen capabilities
* Monitor and Manage Competency and Readiness Metrics related to incident response maturity benchmarks
* Engage in active Crisis Management incidents communications and response or simulated disruption testing events
* Aid in relevant training workshops related to components that strengthen incident response competency

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of technology experience
* 8+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
* 3+ years of experience applying independent operational risk management practices with Business Continuity Management or Disaster Recovery programs
* 2+ years of project management experience

Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
* Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
* Strong experience from a resiliency design perspective in one or more of the following areas: Technology & Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery, Cyber resiliency, Data Corruption, Cloud Resiliency, and Data Center resiliency procedures/solutions
* 1+ year of experience performing risk assessments
* 1+ year of risk and threat management experience
* Analytics experience
* 1+ year of risk management experience
* Good project management skills
* Ability to deliver concise, time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams
* Knowledge and understanding of technical leadership including large, visible, cross group projects across multiple technologies
* Agile experience
* Knowledge and understanding of technology support: ticketing workflow systems, in a production environment
* 1+ year of Tableau experience
* 1+ years of 3rd party reporting tools experience
* 2+ years of business continuity planning experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* Responsible to provide consistent and comprehensive status reports to stakeholders which may include members of Operating Committee or Technology Leadership

* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
