Primary Responsibilities:
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert for other team members
* Manage the intake of members or the admission / discharge information post notification
* Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services
* Manage the referral process, processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles
* Resolve inquiries from members and/or providers
* Assist with presentations

Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
* 2+ years Customer Service experience
* Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel (ability create / edit spreadsheet, creating pivot tables, formulas)
* Previous experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create presentations and edit presentations)
* Previous experience working with a computers including, but not limited to, ability to learn new computer system applications
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in the health care industry
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Vlookup and macros
* Experience with data entry
* Previous experience in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
* Experience working with data analysis and reporting
* Lean Six Sigma Certification
Soft Skills:
* Ability to work independently
* Strong Critical thinking skills
