How will you make an impact?

The Scientist III position will be in R&D department developing innovative IVD products. The position will utilize knowledge of new product development, clinical diagnostics, and molecular biology to develop molecular diagnostic products.

What will you do?

* Molecular diagnostics product development
* Project execution and documentation
* Performs laboratory experiments such as sample testing on various platforms, preparation of reagents, development of PCR based assays, and cell culture
* Routine R&D laboratory instrument maintenance and material inventory
* Documentation including data summary and writing study report

How will you get here?
Education & Experience

* M.S. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or equivalent, with minimum 1 year industry experience in IVD medical device field
* B.S. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or equivalent, with minimum 3 years industry experience in IVD medical device field
* Knowledge and experience in clinical diagnostics assay development
* Experience on nucleic acid based assay development, reagent development, molecular cloning, and cell culture
* Hands-on experience on qPCR, digital PCR, and droplet digital PCR instruments
* Familiar with Design Control process

* Must be highly collaborative; have the ability to work within a diverse team and contribute to a supportive, positive work environment both within the R&D team and in the greater community
* Self-motivated, independent, and a proactive driving force of execution
