Job Description:
Sources, negotiates, awards and documents purchases for materials, services, and supplies. Compiles and analyzes data to perform price analysis and reviews proposals to establish price objectives. Support early supplier identification and engagement for new business pursuits. Responsible for Supply Chain bid/proposal activities for strategic pursuits. Utilizes source selection techniques (best value, Total Cost of Ownership etc.), performs cost analyses, conducts negotiations, and identifies supplier risks. Interface with Integrated Product Teams to understand technical challenges and provide solution options for 'buy' technologies. Provide risk and opportunity analysis for early capture as it relates to introduction of new suppliers to mitigate risks with regard to early supplier decisions. Ensures that requirements (prime contract, quality, terms and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers. Manages supplier performance to cost, schedule and quality requirements. Interfaces with internal and supplier cross-functional organizations. Compiles and analyzes information to keep informed on industry trends and manufacturing processes. Assists in the development of bids and agreements. Executes to customer requirements including government regulations, public law and Raytheon policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
* Minimum 6 years of progressive, relevant experience in supply chain, preferably Subcontracts or Material Program Management
* Experience with contract flow through requirements and Terms / Conditions, Firm Fixed Price and/or Cost Type Subcontracts
* Experience developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
* Experience with import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR)
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
* Experience using Material Resource Planning tools such as SAP/PRISM or similar
* Experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR and DFARS)

Desired Skills:
* Prior experience with supporting proposals, writing BOEs for multiple subcontract types including but not limited to Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), etc.
* Prior experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry
* Thorough working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR and DFAR)
* Experience with executing high dollar procurements requiring Price and/or Cost Analysis
* Strong analytical skills and organizational capabilities; detail oriented; capable of working in an autonomous environment; as well as in collaborative groups
* Ability to grasp / understand technical concepts / applications
* Raytheon Subcontracts, MPM, and/or EVM Certifications or similar
* NCMA Certification
* Ability to obtain and/or maintain a US Government Security Clearance
* Prior experience with International Acquisition

Required Education (including Major):
* Bachelors Degree required (B.S. or B.A.) in business, engineering, supply chain management, finance or related field.
