JOB DESCRIPTION:
Raytheon has exciting upcoming work supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) and is looking to hire REQUIREMENTS ANALYSTS to be based in the Northern, VA area. The Requirements Analysts are expected to analyze and understand the project requirements and interface with business and technical stakeholders as needed. Besides analyzing requirements, this job also requires the analyst to reconcile conflicting interests and assist the technical team with determining how to best translate stakeholder requirements into workable solutions. It is also important for the Requirements Analyst to be able to leverage existing business processes and work flow models.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of related experience are required. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with degree concentration in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics are highly preferred. Candidates with a valid HS education with 4-8 years of additional experience may be considered in place of the degree requirement..
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Candidates must possess a TS/SCI security clearance and a current polygraph.
