Intelligence and Space has an immediate opportunity for a Software Engineer II supporting the Marine Air Defense Integrated Systems (MADIS) Program. The MADIS program is a large system integration effort for two different vehicle platforms.
As a Sr Software Engineer II, the candidate will have technical responsibilities, applying technical principles, theories, and concepts associated with software development and design for Object Oriented systems.
Required Skills:
* The ability to get a DoD Secret Clearance
* Minimum of 6 Years systems experience supporting and developing real-time embedded software
* Experience programming in C/C++
* Experience in Windows Development
* Understanding of a RealTime Operating Systems (RTOS), e.g., VxWorks, Linux, Green Hills (GH)
* Experience doing Networking Development
* Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral form, and must be able to team well with others
Desired Skills:
* System Integration experience (experience integrating and debugging Software, Hardware, and Firmware anomalies)
Required Education (including Major):
* Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field
