Job Description

The Allied Solutions Finance Manager will serve as a business partner to the program management office and functional leadership in support of this emergent portfolio within the Constellation Management & Protection (CMP) Sub-Product Line with accountability for the oversight and guidance of International programs and pursuits, financial performance and growth plan.

Responsibility include, but are not limited to, the following:
The ideal candidate will participate as a member of the Allied Solutions Leadership Team and be responsible for ensuring proper finance staffing is planned for new pursuits/awards. The Allied Solutions Portfolio Finance lead must grow and develop a team of finance professionals equipped to handle this diverse/international program set.
The effective candidate must have a firm understanding of financial principles and demonstrate application through hands on experience. Duties include providing financial support and guidance to IPT Leads, Contracts Managers and Business Development from initial bid decision through program execution and closure. The candidate must be able to develop and clearly communicate solutions using a high degree of creativity, flexibility and passion in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
6+ years in the following financial areas:
In depth understanding of international program complexities (hedging, Fx Rate utilization, Corp Treasury coordination, profitability, offsets)
Understanding of rate structures
Understanding of contract structures including development and updates to the WBS and OBS, defining control accounts, planning packages and work packages with associated charge numbers.
Understanding of Financial planning systems
Work with key team members to accurately forecast Bookings, Sales, Profit, Cash and provide variance analysis
Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to details
Ability to work in process driven environment and communicate requirements across diverse program team and multiple functions to ensure adherence to set process.
Maintain flexibility and a creative, optimistic nature in the absence of process in this growth area
Outstanding problem solving skills, clear verbal and writing abilities
Experienced in all competencies of Finance Leadership (Program Controls, Accounting, Forecasting).
Desired Skills:
Experience with International programs and customers
Experience with Rplan and Inter-organizational Transfers (IOT)
Experience with Out of the Box IOT process

Required Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field

In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $85,000 to $105,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, education/training, and key skills.
