Job Description

As a Community Management Specialist, you will oversee the community management for all brands in US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. This will include daily responses to direct messages and comments across all social media platforms (examples include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

* Management of the production and implementation of social media content and responses across all brands and platforms in conjunction with brand teams.
* Lead and/or support the delivery/execution and communication of platform and post-performance.
* Work with internal cross-functional partners for the design and production of social content.
* Lead analysis, recommendations, and presentation of new social content ideas in order to improve metrics.
* Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitive information and insight in order to help guide the successful execution of the brand social media marketing plans as measured by reach, impressions, engagement, and brand health.
* Maintain a constant oversight and analysis of competitive social media activity.
* Work cross-functionally with Digital COE and Brand Leads to understand SEO trends and recommend content opportunities.
* Respond to online ratings and reviews and questions for each brand utilizing the response playbook outlined for each

Qualifications:

* 2 years of marketing or agency experience.
* Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field is required.
* Previous work in social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing strongly preferred.
* The successful candidate must be a self-starter with high customer orientation, strong problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and be able to execute project plans in a complex, matrix organization.
* The desired candidate is an entry-level marketing or communications professional with experience in problem-solving, project management, customer service, retail, or digital marketing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Photoshop or InDesign.
