PepsiCo has determined Net Revenue Management as being a critical capability to rapidly scale to address intense external headwinds across the retail landscape, on-going competitive pressure and to underpin PepsiCos ambitious Digital transformation, top line and margin goals. PepsiCo Net Revenue Management is a relatively new function where transformation, technology, strategy and capabilities enablement are being setup to be best in class, and to be standardized and deployed globally.
*This role can sit in one of PepsiCo's HUB offices in the United States ( Plano, TX or Purchase, NY)*
As a key member of the NRM Capability team, you will cascade and implement the NRM capability programs to raise the bar on NRM people capability, and to build organizational competence for future priority areas supporting the Global Net Revenue Management strategy and agenda underpinning sustainable Net Revenue Realization (NRR) delivery.
As a Senior Manager, Global Net Revenue Manager, you will require a strong attention to detail to design, develop and deploy the NRM capability programs globally. You will have strong relationships with both external partners (vendors) and internal NRM experts; collaborate internally with SMEs, optimize team deliverables, and partner with Learning COE (PepsiCo University) to maximize learning programs to sustain PepsiCos talent advantage and become a global leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages.
Learning Program Design and Development
* Design and implement the future capability and learning programs needed to support PEP and GNRM goals. Drive enterprise-wide understanding and immersion of key NRM principles, concepts and activities required for success.
* Garner resources to build/develop the right content for delivery for NRM associates and cross-functional cohorts (Commercial/Sales/Marketing/Franchise).
* Lead and implement the new digital approach to global capability, using the most updated technology and user experience
* Validate and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of new and existing training and development programs to ensure that capability priorities are being achieved
* Align actions from the quarterly Global NRM Council program to drive the future capability agenda and Sector/BU Learn Together programs
* Drive execution of the global capability calendar for the various Sectors to align capability programming with PEP NRM strategic priorities
* Support local workshops: Update and maintain existing workshop toolkit, customizing as needed and working with local teams to prepare for their capability events
* Maintain NRM learning content on chosen platform(s) (e.g. PepU Degreed)
Global NRM Health Check Assessment
* Aid in deployment of annual Global NRM Health Check to top BUs and Franchise bottlers. Analyze and aggregate global results (qualitative and quantitative) in partnership with local NRM to build and align capability roadmap with BU Sr. leadership
* Based on assessment, identify organizational skills needed to strengthen the NRM capabilities for PEP to be a world-class NRM organization and ensure its future success. This includes driving consistency of NRM concepts, terminology and methodologies.
* Use aggregate feedback to make recommendations to improve the effectiveness
Community & Communications
* Develop and deliver the annual Global Net Revenue Management Conference program including all logistics to align the organization around PEP NRM strategy and capability priorities.
* Collaborate with corporate communications partners, corporate and sector to share program news (PEPfeed articles, digital screens, etc.), and identify opportunities to further engage and communicate with learner audience (presentations and various communication channels)
* Build and leverage a strong network of Global NRM SMEs, internal cross-functionals and external perspectives with the intent of executing the agenda consistently across the globe
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelors Degree
* 7+ years experience with a minimum 3 years experience in Net Revenue Management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Training and Development or Program Management, training facilitation or training content development and center of excellence experience is an advantage.
* Knowledge of PepsiCo Sales/Commercial/Net Revenue Management preferred. Analytical acumen and ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple, logical terms to build compelling sell-story and presentations to build capability and drive business impact
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and functions given frequent interactions with the Leadership team across global markets and BUs
* Ability to manage projects using agile ways of working in a complex environment with multiple constituencies, working collaboratively to influence partners across all levels in the business and drive results
* Self-starter to drive progress in an ambiguous environment. Needs to be an excellent networker with quick ability to know sectors/BUs and functional stakeholders to deploy effective capability building
* Agility and flexibility to lead large-scale change throughout all levels of an organization
* Project Management ability to scope and plan for key deliverables and execute in different phases of projects.
* Global savvy to work across cultures and time zones
