The Zone Operations Manager (ZOM) works with internal sales and manufacturing function to optimize operation in zone distribution centers to drive service to our customers. As a ZOM you will be responsible for driving sustainable performance in Safety, Service, quality and cost in multiple New York City distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Achieve all safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity & motivation Key Performance Indicators objectives.

* Develop Facility Operations Managers to solve and own day-to-day operational issues while reaching short and long-term objectives.

* Establish clear performance and behavioral expectations for all employees

* Implementation of company and Region productivity initiatives.

* Deliver effective change leadership, driving business changes while minimizing people impact

* Collaborating with sales and Supply chain teams to drive top line.

* Zone P&L management

* Provide a work environment which adheres to all compliance and regulatory guidelines

* Motivate team members to achieve plan goals

* Administer policies and practices

* Infrastructure enhancements/upgrades

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

* Experience in warehouse environment

* Proven positive P&L management

* Demonstrated people and leadership skills

* Coaching, facilitation and team building skills

* Excellent writing and analytical skills

Work Schedule / Reporting Structure:

The work week will be based on business needs. However, in general, it will be approximately 50 hours and will require work on holidays and possibly weekends
