This role is responsible for solid support of Commercial / AFH team in terms of innovation agenda, assets development, new technologies implementation and equipment continuous improvement.
Working with the Global teams on Sustainability agenda, as well as create a centre of excellence for strategically important area which will embed good practices, controlling assets META and Suppliers approval process to eliminate any risks in terms of assets Health & Safety aspects.

- Introduce a product R&D NPD stage gate process to ensure future equipment meets expected standards;
- Driving innovation agenda in terms of equipment development and its continuous improvement;
- Collaborating with Global R&D within strategical, European developmental projects as well as new (and modified) equipment certification;
- Cooperating with other Sectors for sharing ideas, aligning strategies to leverage benefits and opportunities for MEM Europe
- Keep an external perspective to understand innovations in the MEM arena;
- Set up a process for Supplier collaboration driving efficiencies for PEP on cost, increased opportunity for innovation and improved sustainability
- Clarify expected H&S technical standards for cooler placements and maintenance of electrical safety devices;
- Independently support AFH in FOBO organisation in terms of Equipment Development and Customer relationship

Qualifications/Requirements

- Experience in MEM operations, preferably in FMCG with closely related Food and Beverage categories;
- Expertise in new industrial trends and technologies automations;
- Demonstrate capabilities for process and assets continuous improvements;
- Proven excellent thinking/ problem solving skills - able to make sense of complex organisational challenges, develop creative solutions and implement them;
- Able to effectively transform data and information into meaningful insights;
- Understanding and strongly supporting Food Service customer and consumer needs;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain a vast range of working relationships across multiple cultures and ability to flex styles for effective influencing without authority;
- Works well at all levels of the organisation and can tailor communications appropriately;
- Deep knowledge about MEM equipment and technology
- Ability to work very effectively autonomously, as well as in a team environment;
- Fluent in English.
