This team delivers results by building strong cross-functional partnerships, leading the planning effort for priority consumer and commercial moments, and executing those moments with precision!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for our next Platform Operations Coordinator. This role supports a team of Operations Managers focused on planning and executing key initiatives and delivering consumer experiences across Nike Directs digital platforms. The role demands a strong communicator, a keen attention to detail, an aptitude for process, and a hunger to continuously learn and grow.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a captain driving the execution of priority consumer moments, youll unify and align teams to document moment plans and runs-of-show. Youll use your knowledge of technology and tools to influence moment strategy, optimizing them for the best consumer experience. Youll provide in-moment captaincy and leadership ensuring all tasks are executed flawlessly. And, youll continuously seek and deliver process improvement making future consumer experiences better.
A typical day/week includes using suite planning and data systems to update product information and ensure products are ready for key moments as well as using communication tools and facilitating planning sessions to ensure teammates and partners are aligned and prepared to execute. Also, you will regularly assess our platforms from the perspective of the consumer to identify and address friction points, and lead teams through moment execution with a deep focus on precision and accuracy.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, youll work closely with a number of cross-functional partners and teammates within the Nike Direct Digital Commerce organization including Platform Business teams, Digital Brand, Membership, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Production Support, and Operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
* A bachelors degree, preferably with a focus in business, marketing, or technology.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in retail, e-commerce, or related field.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* A deep attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and precision.
* An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
* An ability to work and learn independently and cooperatively in diverse teams.
* Ability to support occasional after-hours effort in support of key initiatives.
