We are searching for a Senior Account Consultant to join one of our Dedicated Teams, working with one of the leading Fortune 500 retail organizations.

This dedicated team is a group of experienced safety professionals that partner with the customer's safety staff to deliver high value, loss mitigating and loss reducing results. The right candidate for this role will bring strong relationship-building skills, service management skills, acute customer focus, and a passion for quality execution as well as the requisite technical skills and experience.

This position is dedicated to the retail customer's Southern Division. Domicile options for Atlanta, Florida and Texas will be considered.

This position can hire at different consulting levels depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

* Creates service plans to document baseline activity, metrics, and goals in order to track progress in reducing the frequency and severity of losses while demonstrating the value of doing business with Liberty Mutual.
* Develop effective relationships with the customer, their business partners and peers to coordinate service arrangements, programs and procedures.
* Support the dedicated team with high level evaluations and reports.
* Completes and delivers task-based loss analyses.
* Completes Severity reduction projects and delivers Severity project findings to a cross-functional team at the customer's corporate office.
* Fulfills risk assessment and service requirements as assigned.
* Prepares and delivers presentations at customer training and other functions as necessary.
* Evaluates use of resources (service hours, expenses, etc.) quality of service, utilization of programs, and productivity of delivered services. Identifies opportunities and projects that improve loss results; which can increase the number and quality of services provided to the customer.
* Handle special customer situations and problems to ensure timely resolution.
