Position Summary
Responsible for using process or industrial engineering principals and methodologies to evaluate current human resources (HR) processes, equipment and systems to determine opportunities to enhance the HR associate experience, HR associate development, and HR service delivery. Develop solutions, implement plans and drive change. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to design, develop, test and deploy innovative, cost effective and efficient processes. Essential Job Functions

* Drive process improvement and elimination of time and energy through the use Lean Six Sigma methodologies
* Use end-to-end thinking and problem solve beyond tasks, ensuring associate experience and business support is not compromised
* Design new approaches to develop division human resource talent, HR programs and service delivery
* Conduct assessments to measure impact of change on people, programs, processes and technology
* Analyze internal data from various resources and market trends to develop solutions for implementation
* Develop statistical analysis reports evaluating the efficiency of current processes, procedures, systems and associates (current state versus future state)
* Establish work measurement programs and collect and analyze data; develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics
* Leverage time studies and value stream maps to establish, quantify and predict the impact of proposed process changes
* Develop and implement standard process for costing, staffing, and evaluating performance; conduct feasibility studies of varied projects to determine the worth of an investment and provide justification for capital appropriations
* Serve as a liaison to regional and division HR teams, centers of excellence and executive leadership
* Provide engineering support to HR teams lagging in attainment rates including methods and procedural issues, audits, task requirements, and other areas
* Travel up to 50% to stores, divisions and corporate offices

Minimum Position Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in process engineering or a closely related field
* 3+ years progressive process or industrial engineering experience
* 2+ years of experience in project management
* Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences
* Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
* Ability to work well within project teams
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills
* Effective planning, negotiating, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizing skills
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion and initiative
* Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

* Lean Six Sigma Certification, Change Management certification
