Business Analyst - Identity Access Management

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible to oversee Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) initiatives for CCBRFT. The candidate will interface with the Corporate Technology Identity and Access Management team and the application development teams to facilitate communication of requirements and status. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical, leadership skills, data systems, and must take ownership of the management of the GIAM initiatives. The individual must be able to deliver and lead teams in fully conforming to the firms IT control policies and standards in execution.

Responsibilities include:

* Ongoing Access Control uplift for CCBRFT
* Follow-up on remediation of IT account issues
* Reporting Access Control status to application development teams, management and CT IAM
* Overseeing current and future GIAM initiatives for CCBRFT
* Process analysis and process improvement
* Contribute to the groups knowledge base by finding new and valuable ways to approach problems and projects
* Perform duties in line with all IT policies and controls of the firm

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years combined technology, IT Risk, project management or equivalent experience
* Proven track record of progressively responsible roles and responsibilitie
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead discussions and meetings
* Must have experience in managing multiple deliverables to different business groups
* Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
* Expertise in managing conflicting priorities and ability to influence technology partners without authority
* Experience working across large environments with multiple stakeholders
* Understanding of end-to-end software control standards and implementation
