We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. Workforce Transformation Learning Design and Development Analyst

At Deloitte's US Delivery Center (USDC) we help clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. The USDC leverages scale, talent, and a center delivery model to provide high quality, cost-effective service with standardized processes and procedures. Our US Delivery Centers have been growing since 2014 with significant, continued growth on the horizon. Our delivery centers are based in Mechanicsburg, PA, Lake Mary, FL and Gilbert, AZ.

Work you'll do

As a Solution Analyst in our WT practice, you will focus on optimizing our clients' learning experience by increasing learner centricity, operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and learning alignment with business strategy. In this role you will:

* Assist teams with determining Digital Learning Strategies and instructional design best practices for clients
* Assist in performing curriculum analysis, design, and rationalization
* Support the development and delivery of new learning strategies
* Build and maintain Learning Development Platforms
* Develop learning materials, including instructor-led, web-based, and virtual trainings, videos, job aids, instructor materials, and more

Qualifications:

Required:

* A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, History or any other writing-intensive major
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to think creatively and conceptually
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities and to manage through ambiguity
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow through
* Ability to work well with others in a team environment, usually virtual collaboration tools/platforms
* Ability to travel up to 20%
* Must be willing to live in or within a commutable distance to the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL delivery center(s)

Preferred:

* Training or experience in learning-development activities in consulting or industry
* Experience with common digital learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate
* Experience with common authoring tools such as Adobe InDesign or Camtasia
* Demonstrated training material design, development and delivery experience
* Background in Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE methodology, and Authoring Tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)
* Experience using or supporting common Learning Development Platforms
* Experience with video development tools (Vyond, Videoscribe, Adobe Premiere)
* Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies
