Responsible for semi-skilled duties in the Facilities Department including minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and groundskeeping, as well as operation and maintenance of grounds equipment. Will be responsible for hospital locksmith duties (training provided). Requires high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license. Prefer minimum of two years general maintenance experience and basic knowledge of common business software, including word processing, spreadsheet and email.
