he Staffing Scheduling Administrator will be primarily responsible for leading staffing and scheduling administration functions in addition to developing the analytics associated with the hiring and staffing functions. Position will support staffing and scheduling systems implementation administration integration and systems administration analysis for workforce management. This role will also provide support to managers and associates as needed in the scheduling process.

STAFFING & SCHEDULING ADMINISTRATION (70%)

* Lead HR systems administration analysis for workforce management integration:
* scheduling in e-Time
* maintenance of schedule templates in E-V5 and shift templates in e-Time
* attendance module implementation & maintenance
* lost badge process
* Staffwrx communication tool - Podio administration
* other systemic solutions for staffing and scheduling
* Systemically launch schedule communications to employees
* Schedule maintenance and changes in e-Time
* Respond to manager and employee staffing and scheduling inquiries
* Produce and oversee employee reports, on-premise reports, zero hours reports and other reports as needed
* HR ADMINISTRATION & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT (30%)
* Develop all hiring analytics including hiring transactional plan, hiring dashboard, peak hiring dashboard
* Analyze monthly turnover data and develop analysis to share with HR and leadership.
* Other analytical assignments as determined by Management
* Backup support for peak hiring, employment, and on-boarding events

Required Experience:

* Strong customer-focus (demonstrated success in identifying, understanding, aligning, delivering and following-up with internal and external customers).
* Demonstrated success with multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to ever-changing environment while maintaining clear focus on all priorities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
* Experience with HRIS and Scheduling systems.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong organization skills and acute attention to detail.
* High School or GED required, Associate/Bachelor Degree strongly preferred.
* 2-3 year experience in a workforce scheduling or HR role in a distribution, call center, or large retail organization.
* Knowledge of Distribution Center and Supply Chain.
* Must be available to work in a multi-channel, multi-shift distribution environment, flexible to work different shifts and extended hours based upon business needs.
* Must be able to stand and work for long periods including daily overtime, holidays and overtime as required.
* Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
* Must be able to work in varying temperatures.
* Holiday schedule to be decided by Management.
