- Create and maintain buys including processing all slides, shortages, overages, etc. from factories

- Monitor open-to-buy and inventory plans for respective business units

- Use good judgment and supply chain knowledge to manage the physical flow of inventory / shipments

- Assist in the coordination with logistics, consolidator/distribution network, and customer service

- Review and advise on booking exceptions through Transportation

- Proactive Monitor/Verification order pool to identify and prevent issues

- Track WIP POs and open In-Transits

- Respond to daily communication with account as it relates to order placement and shipment status

- Utilize account systems to assist in managing business

- Order file maintenance and management for respective account

- Provide MAM updates for the forecast

- Perform analytical work and ad hoc analysis/reports to support team

- Create documentation and standardize processes

- Participates in seasonal calendar creation

- Participates in excess and OTB reporting

- Position communicates with external customers regarding inventory management and availability

- Process and supply chain capability enhancement

Experience and Skills

- Must be customer focused and have a sense of urgency

- Ability to multitask with shifting priorities

- Solid understanding of Inventory Management and Forecasting principles

- Strong numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills

- Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge

- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels

- 2-4 years planning/forecasting experience required, experience with short life cycle products and global sourcing preferred

- College degree or equivalent experience reqiured, Supply Chain related degree and APICS certified preferred

- Normal office environment with limited travel

- Role is based in our Buckhead office location
