IT Project Manager, Mid

The Challenge:

As an IT Project Manager operating in a fast-paced, Agile environment, you will direct the full life cycle of software development. You will work with developers on the team to comprehend the details, dependencies, documentation and statuses of all milestones and features. You will raise issues, risks, or decisions to product owners and senior management in order to deliver the most advanced technology solutions. You Have:

* 5+ years of experience with managing systems and software development projects
* Experience with working in an Agile software development environment
* Experience with project management frameworks and best practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC), including scope, schedule, and risk identification and management
* Experience with security, including authorization, authentication, and status reporting
* Experience with developing and reviewing IT programmatic documentation and plans, including capturing and documenting requirements
* Experience with governance processes and control gates and customer and stakeholder relations and engagement, including Agile management techniques to direct the daily operations of a technology team
* Experience with financial, schedule, and performance oversight
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
* Experience with visualization tools, including Tableau
* Experience with supporting large innovation and integration platforms
* Experience with Agile tools, including Jira
* Experience with writing requirements as features or user stories
* Experience with managing software development projects in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment
* Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or Visio
* Experience as a Scrum Master
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
* BA or BS degree preferred
* Scrum Master Certification
* Project Management Professional Certification
