Financial Management Analyst

The Challenge:

Thats why we need you, a financial analyst who can learn to navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure the Department of Defenses resources can make the most impact.

As a financial analyst on our team, youll study the creation of a financial management strategy to help a defense program succeed. Youll help senior leadership and program managers build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.

Youll assist a team using laws, regulations, and policies to help the client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, youll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with senior leadership, program managers, task leads and vendors. You Have:

* 8+ years of experience with financial management or budget analysis
* Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes
* Experience with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Hyperion financial systems
* Ability to synthesize and visualize financial information for presentation to senior leadership utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with managing and executing funds for a large OSD program
* Experience with briefing SES or GO/FO-level customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team
* BA in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
