Job Description

Office Administrator, Junior

Key Role:

Coordinate administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel. Basic knowledge of program/project requirements, policies, and procedures. Perform routine and repetitive tasks. Receive direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience with administrative support
* Experience with drafting and disseminating meeting notes
* Ability to provide general administrative and direct support to one or more functions or business areas
* Ability to track external taskings in coordination with staff and other office management activities as determined by management
* Ability to maintain electronic calendars and schedules for multiple senior executives
* Ability to track visitor requests and analyze data for future use
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
* HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience with managing internal mail
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Ability to assist with ordering stocks of office supplies and specified consumables
