Front End Web Developer

We need an experienced front end developer who will use their passion to support a development team learning new tools and techniques and implementing system improvements. This is an opportunity to solve problems by collaborating with a development team to build a system with modern JavaScript frameworks and a user-centric design. Youll work with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using React. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. As part of a technical team, youll identify new opportunities to build digital solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges.

You Have:

-3+ years of experience with developing front-end applications

-Experience with technical design, code reviews, and style guide development

-Experience in developing applications with HTML, JavaScript, or CSS

-Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, including React

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with using JavaScript visualization libraries, including Leaflet

-Experience with supporting software and web architecture development

-Experience with using Agile software development methods in a DevOps environment

-Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and GitHub and GitLab

-Knowledge of web development specifics, including JSON REST, CORS, JSONP, web architecture, and HTTP specification

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in CS preferred; MS degree in CS a plus
