This critical Design Team Lead role is required to coordinate and drive infrastructure designs for CSW Client Digital groups by working with TPM and build teams to define, document, and deliver the solution. In addition, supports Data Center exit work and other transformational activities

Design Team Lead - will help coordinate and drive infrastructure designs for CSW Client Digital groups by working with TPM and build teams to define, document, and deliver the solution.

Required Skills

Minimum of 10 years engineering experience providing full project, design and, build support for a key technologies. Applicant must have senior project leadership skills, the ability to understand development and testing support, ability to provide software and hardware infrastructure recommendations and design. Individual should be highly innovative and motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task a must. Role requires overcoming obstacles through collaboration, research/ testing and communication with ability to negotiate solutions. Individual must has experience working in a high pressure, fast paced 'Global' environment providing daily support to multiple competing priorities. Web hosting / web administration knowledge/experience (Apache, J2EE, Java, JBoss, WebSphere Application Server, MQ, Oracle, SQL Server, Hadoop, Cassandra, DB2, Windows, and Linux) Broad understanding of infrastructure requirements for heavily integrated enterprise Developer experience (Java, ASP, Visual Basic, etc.) a plus Knowledge of database technologies and interfaces- Oracle (RAC), Informix, replication technologies Understanding of Network infrastructure NRFs/Switches, DC placement(HTTP/S, TCP/IP, DNS, Load-balancers, firewalls, proxies, B2B links) Must be able to use VISIO and design complex engineering drawings.

Leads and/or participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities involving cross-functional technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities. Responsible for components of highly complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities. Establishes input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility, coordination of subsystems design, and integration of total system. Viewed as a technology subject matter expert; able to provide and communicate complex technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial, business executives, and/or vendors. Will have responsibility for multiple, complex projects; will direct activities of teams related to special initiatives or operations and may have direct Leads and/or participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities involving cross-functional technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities. Responsible for components of highly complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities. Information Technology degree and/or technology certifications preferred or substantial equivalent experience. Typically 7-10 years of IT experience.
