The Apple Media Products (AMP) Quality Office is seeking a highly organized and motivated Quality Engineering Project/Program to manage and support quality initiatives; including being responsible for establishing and implementing an internal communications strategy. You should possess outstanding project management skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and be able to provide structure and leadership with limited direction. In addition to having mastered the fundamentals, you need more to succeed in this role. You will collaborate with AMP Quality team members and key partners in the AMP Engineering and PM organizations to craft visually engaging content that clearly and succinctly communicates our organizational initiatives and projects. The content produced will empower leaders to reach their team and empower the organization to access key information independently as well. Experience in a communications team, especially in an internal capacity, for a large organization, is preferred. Background in quality assurance is beneficial.

Description

As our QA Engineering Program Manager, you will drive important aspects of a project including scope, requirements, timelines and resource allocation. In addition, you will develop guides and references as well as produce curriculum/learning for our internal tools and frameworks. You will build content for a variety of internal communications mediums; such as, an intranet site, regular newsletter, processes and procedure templates, all-hands presentation slides, etc. You will also build and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures in relation to processes, tool usage and management.

BS/BA degree in Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
