DESCRIPTION

Amazon Pay, one of the fastest growing businesses within Amazon, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven marketer to run integrated campaigns that generate demand for and create urgency around Amazon Pay with merchants. The Sr. Integrated Campaign Manager will oversee demand gen and merchant acquisition campaign strategy, plan, and execution across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will use their energy, enthusiasm and experience to deliver impeccable results, continuing our history of outstanding growth and positioning Amazon Pay as a preferred payment method for merchants.

More than 300 million customers can use their Amazon account to sign-in and register with a merchant in just two taps, and then make a purchase or payment in just one tap using the payment methods they already use with Amazon. By sharing the ease and simplicity of selling to an Amazon customer, we help merchants grow their registered customer base and increase their sales.

Reporting to the head of US Merchant Marketing, you will work closely with our central marketing functions, commercial leaders for sales to oversee merchant acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities
Plan impactful demand gen campaigns that drive sales pipeline
Sustain campaign performance metrics to ensure business impact measured by target accounts (marketing sourced/influenced), database growth and accuracy for named accounts, account/person engagement scores and sales utilization of programs
Own the execution of merchant acquisition campaigns, including account selection, account research and planning and tactics. Maintain and evolve target account segments and contact engagement
Oversee paid media strategy and manage the external agency relationship particularly to identify the most effective messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, Marketing Communications, partner managers and ensure target account efforts feed into our integrated campaign framework
Report on performance with a focus on pipeline and ROI. Utilize and enhance current tracker inform program tactics and investments. Produce monthly reporting on scorecard, and quarterly review
Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to support high-performance marketing technology.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS or ecommerce
Best in class marketing, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B hi-tech company
Proven track record executing innovative and multi-channel integrated demand generation programs with emphasis in digital marketing particularly with Paid Search and Paid Social for target accounts
Digital marketing savvy with proven record to attract and convert prospects via integrated campaigns
Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce
Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
Experience in managing and guiding paid media agencies on placement strategy (SEM, paid social) and optimization
Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics. Experience working with SDRs and direct sales teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
