As a Program Manager, you will be working with a unique and gifted team developing exciting products for consumers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The right candidate will possess a strong program management or related field background and must be able to thrive and succeed in an ever-changing environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to assist in developing and drive business operations programs, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a Program Manager you will anticipate problems, productively escalate issues, anticipate and make tradeoff decisions, and balance the business needs. You will be a guardian of world class customer experience: continually raise the bar on business analysis and technical documentation, availability and scale improvements, learn and deploy best OE practices at Amazon, engage with other teams in the company, evangelizing the team and your project, building relationships and helping identify existing components and technologies that can be leveraged to deliver on our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workload and deliver expected outputs in a timely manner
Provide written and verbal feedback for external parties
Drive improvement projects that span both internal and external teams
Help define the success metrics and improve onboarding process and ongoing seller support
Partner with and collaborate with internal business teams to provide best in class support plans
Creation and implementation of standard operating procedures for business

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
2+ Years of project or program management related experience

Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze, problem-solve, and prioritize.
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Professionalism in dealing with senior leadership inside and outside the company.

Proven track record of confidently taking ownership, self-starter, and successfully delivers results
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
Passion for innovation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.
