He or She must have equal comfort and experience working with c-level executives and internal product and engineering teams. He or she will be responsible for engaging and delivering technology solutions to customers. This role requires working with business teams across the company bringing the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams, understanding and communicating critical business needs and how those translate into solutions. This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on status, risks and sales pipeline. You are the key stakeholder in the life of the customer.
As an Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of Just Walk Out. Your responsibility will be to increase the adoption of Just Walk Out by key accounts and manage the overall business relationship.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business and technical background that enables them to engage an account at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a multi-year growth plan.
You will build and maintain key relationships, develop and manage opportunities, monitor deployment projects and engage virtual resources. You will define a CXO relationship strategy within the account, including engaging with JWO senior leadership team for executive sponsorships, coordinating executive business reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction
Responsibilities include:
Provide best in class customer service and account management
Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
Using your technical acumen and customer obsession, youll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Engineers
With a bias for action, you'll proactively find opportunities for customers to expand product adoption
Manage and own customer relationships
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Technical account management experience.
BA/BS degree
Direct field experience in working with large customer accounts.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
10+ years enterprise sales experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Successful experience in managing transformation for large accounts
Account leadership for complex accounts and quota achievements
Strong leadership skills are key, with proven verbal and written communications skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, and lead through influence.The right person will be analytical and data-driven, and demonstrate balanced strategy and planning, and execution skills
