About the Role:
Twitch is searching for a People Development & Experience Program Manager to join our team in San Francisco and you will report to the Head of People Development and Experience.
You will help create dynamic people programs as part of the People Development & Experience team at Twitch. A multifaceted position that requires a focus on building relationships, program management, facilitation, content design based upon adult learning theory. This opportunity allows you to be involved in all aspects of our learning solutions with a focus on how we create the right learning interventions based on data, growth, and culture. Help us build people experience programs that are facilitator-led, blended learning or more based on analysis, program design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
This role will require collaboration across the People and Places functions, across functions within Twitch and with our partners at Amazon.
You Will:
Manage multiple people programs end-to-end across the business balancing different timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Design, develop and manage engaging, creative, and impactful in-person and blended learning experiences scalable for global, local, and remote learners.
Collaborate and work with project sponsors, management and SMEs to understand needs, make recommendations, and develop materials to improve employee performance
Manage the implementation and maintenance of high priority learning projects from ideation through design, delivery, and measurement; outputs include facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint decks and job aids
Help deliver learning offerings to include onboarding, leadership development, people experiences and more
Analyze metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness programs and make recommendations for modifications or future interventions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You Have:
5+ years work experience in Learning & Development/Instructional Design and Project Management
Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Experience in program management, education, learning & development, instructional design and e-learning
Experience with e-learning content authoring tools (e.g., Captivate, Articulate, etc.)
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
