The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the strategy, development and execution of Enterprise CRM programs, including servicing communication. This position will play a primary role in growing and retaining relationships with Ally customers across all lines of business.

The Work Itself

* Collaborate with cross functional team to develop, execute and manage measurable CRM programs to promote engaging content to current Ally Deposits, Auto, Mortgage and Invest customers to deepen relationships
* Operate as the primary point of contact for Customer Servicing Communications, representing marketing in Incident Response Team meetings, making recommendations and leading the execution team within tight deadlines and occasionally during evening/weekend hours
* Utilize proper approval processes with the business, marketing leadership, legal, and compliance teams
* Work with agency partners (external and internal) to execute multi-channel creative asset development for all campaign creative
* Work alongside Marketing Partners to maximize multiple channels such as digital, email, print and other media to deploy programs and reach customers at the right time and place
* Successfully navigate across the organization, communicating with key partners, including channel and product owners, legal and compliance, operations, IT and more
* Assist in preparing and delivering executive communications, updates, read outs and recommendations

The Skills You Bring

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills with expertise in PowerPoint.
* Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and experience working with multiple business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner.
* Strong ability to multi-task, be detailed and self-motivated.
* Works well under pressure and is able to meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to work and make decisions independently.
* Creative mind with an ability to conceive, communicate and deliver innovative ideas.
* 5-7 years of professional experience in a marketing or business-related field.
* 5 plus years of experience in Customer or Email focused Marketing.
* Knowledge of financial services business a plus.
