We are searching for an Operations Superintendent to join our largest plant operations in Newburgh, IN. Results-driven with a sound track record in focused problem solving, your use of initiative to continuously improve business performance will be utilized in this dynamic team environment.

What to Expect:
Working in this integral leadership position, your key responsibilities are ensuring Environmental, Health, and Safety results, productivity improvements, employee development, maximizing the value of diversity, and customer delivery through implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Daily Management, TPM, 5S, etc. The Operations Superintendent will ensure consistent implementation and execution of policies and systems in order to guarantee customer (internal and external) expectations are met at the lowest cost and always with safety at the forefront of every activity.
This role will provide a future developmental opportunity to move into an Area Manager role within the company.

Additional Qualifications:

* A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for labor issues within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a union environment.
* Hands on experience in Lean Manufacturing, ISO, Six Sigma is a plus.
* Preferred experience in working knowledge of castings processes, melting processes, coil coating, coil slitting, metal rolling processes, environmental regulations, metal planning, and standards-based operating is desired.
