POSITION SUMMARY
The Contract Administrator is responsible for efficient customer response by ensuring that all services rendered at the customers site are within the contracted scope of work for Mission Critical Facility Operations contracts. This position coordinates with the Critical Facility Manager (CFM) and Regional Critical Facility Manager (RCFM) for preventive maintenance, services, repairs and equipment replacement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performs all functions of the Critical Facility Coordinator as needed or directed.
* Administers critical facility and other US Government Prime contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, invoicing and payment for services rendered.
* Complete annual reporting and audit information for GSA Schedule Contracts and Task Orders
* Receive, process, and escalate service calls and emergency calls and customer complaints in accordance with approved escalation procedures.
* Audits Work Orders daily to ensure proper cost, revenue, and contract compliance.
* Updates weekly calendar of vendor managed services and outages, as well as Critical Facility Operations project lists, and attends Critical Facility Operations meetings as required, updates Regional Critical Facility Manager and/or Director of Mission Critical Solutions as needed.
* Support CFM or Assistant Critical Facility Manager (ACFM) in scheduling and optimization of labor and vendor resources.
* Works closely with RCFM to facilitate the first 45-day inspection, total cost of ownership (TCO), and life-cycle analysis.
* Input new contract information to CMMS and maintain contract information throughout the life of the contract to include Customer Site Security and Access requirements, Equipment List, Labor Rates, etc...
* Assist the RCFM or CFM with the administrative processing of POs and vendor invoices.
* Assist the RCFM or CFM with the administrative processing of SPOT Proposals/Estimates.
* Works with RCFM, CFM or ACFM to establish preventive maintenance schedules, and inputs the schedule into CMMS.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned or directed.
Minimum Requirements
* AA in Business or related field
* 5+ yrs. prior experience in Federal Contract Compliance
* Demonstrated Experience working with CMMS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
The positions require prolonged sitting in an office environment. The employee will be frequently required to turn head and torso, bend and flex arms, wrists, and fingers, reach with hands and arms, lift, or move objects weighing 10 lbs. or more. Position requires that employee have full use of eyes and ears and full power of speech.
Additional Factors:
There is no telecommute option for this position, due to the critical facility response processes. This position requires eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI with FS PG security clearance with the United States Government Normal workday is an 8.5-hour day in the office with a 30-minute lunch break. Must be available to work from 6:00AM to 6:00PM when directed.
