Treasury Management has a position open for a Business Analyst focused on communications and technical writing. If these are your competences, read on for more details. 

Here’s a day in the life:

Create communications pieces and partner with team members to provide input as requested.
Apply technical writing skills and partner with Risk Management team to write procedures, job aids and checklists for employee consumption.
Work closely with other communications team members, as well as other departments, to ensure strategic coordination and implementation of all communications.
Improve processes and initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements.
Analyze and interpret communications data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients.

What you need to bring to the table:

Requires a bachelor's degree in communications, technical writing, business, finance or a related field and some experience in business writing and business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Experience writing business communications for internal and external audiences.
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations.
Some experience with project methodology.
Basic knowledge of business processes analysis, business workflow and process improvement recommendations.
Knowledge of department specific processes, computer or systems applications or other knowledge skills or abilities may apply.
Ability to solve problems, including multiple priorities, and research conflicting or inaccurate data.
Good analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
