Position:
This manager role will support the strategic growth of our Creative Optimization team by growing and optimizing new and current marketing partnerships and campaigns through testing, reporting, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning. Creativity, collaboration, analysis, and an enthusiasm for digital marketing are the keys to making this role successful. Responsibilities:
* Gather & analyze campaign performance data within the marketing funnel across multiple databases and analytics platforms
* Use these insights to inform new tests, growth opportunities, and quality improvements
* Find trends and patterns in large datasets, theorize ways to utilize those trends, and share them broadly with the team
* Find, form, and grow meaningful publisher partnerships in order to expand our companys footprint across the digital landscape.
* Understand LendingTrees marketing technology and data stack with the goal of improving efficiencies in process and data-visibility
Qualifications:
* 4-5+ years of experience in direct marketing or marketing agency
* Previous experience with partner acquisition, onboarding and management
* Experience with using data to inform marketing communications and decisions.
* Ability to identify best practices, establish process efficiencies, and proactively present and execute production solutions.
* Strengths working cross-functionally across projects and teams, with competing deadlines and varying levels of prioritization
* Strong project management and analytical skills
* Familiarity with marketing campaign types (CPM, CPC, etc.) and their key performance metrics (CTR, Conversion rates, etc.)
* Familiarity with A/B testing and other marketing testing methodologies
* Incredible attention-to-detail
* Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and vlookups
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Functioning knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem
* Client-facing experience

* Reporting platform experience: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
