Director, FS & OP Revenue Growth Management

As we emerge stronger, our future networked organization is structured around geographies and Functions rather than RTM. However, success in Key route-to-market such as the FS & OP channel remains critical to the continued growth of NAOU. FS & OP continues to constitute a significant part of NAOS revenue and OI. As we emerge stronger, we are looking for experienced candidates to help us advance our RGM strategy for FS & OP channels.

The job involves:

* Developing annual and multi-year Revenue Growth Strategy for FS & OP channel in line NAOUs growth algorithm.

* Analyzing, developing annual pricing recommendations across the FS & OP channel

* Identifying efficiency gains & optimization of revenue across the portfolio

* Develop strategy to drive incidence in FS & OP channels (including O2O)

* Driving game changing strategic projects to accelerate growth

* Coordinating with CAT team vis--vis customer contract negotiations

* Development of / contribution to annual business plans,

* Ongoing analyses and tracking of commercial performance in FS &OP channel

* Identifying areas of opportunity and optimization while suggesting relevant solutions to achieve those gains

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS:

Experience (Must haves)

* 7 or more years of experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.

* Extensive knowledge/experience of financials (P&L) especially key revenue drivers

* Experience in leading pricing & promotion architecture

* Understanding of customer & commercial strategies

* Deep analytics experience (preferably Excel, Alteryx and AWS)

* People leadership/management

* Bachelors Degree

Experience (Good to have)

* Masters degree

* Experience in foodservice customer contract negotiations

* System operations within North America OU (Bottlers, Customers, Routes-to-Market)

* Understands development and execution of business planning process

* Ability to communicate effectively in situations where other parties have opposing interests/objectives .
