The Manager, End to End Connections and Media provides analysis and delivery for all media programs and actions within assigned platforms, brands and/or geographies. You will support agency management, project delivery and management of media to deliver market excellence and leadership and innovation. In this role, you will support the management of media investment by optimizing media productivity, implementing buying strategy etc. This is an individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area, and the ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

* Develop consumer-first connected consumer journey development across relevant owned, earned, shared and paid connections points driving coherence and consistency of communications plan for maximum business results
* Deliver holistic media strategy and investment in cross-select category plus prioritized brands within North America Operating Unit (NAOU) - inclusive of national and local geographic extensions
* Lead development and activation implementation of Connections plan paid media activities in partnership with prioritized media industry partners
* Adept project management skills, process improvement and agile team leadership mindset with core focus on timely and consistently meeting or exceeding results
* Exceptional agency management with ability to hone and clarify communication strategies to inspire agency partners development of superior innovative connections plans
* Demonstrated investment strategy acumen, utilization of marketing mix model insights for delivery and ongoing tracking of improved business results across digital marketing expense (DME) budget levers
* Core participation with Global Category teams, cross-operating unit (OU) networked teams, Platform Services and beyond across global, regional and local campaign development

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience & Work Focus

* 5 or more years of experience with a media planning and investment agency, industry media partner, communications company or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand organization known for its knowledge and experience in developing world-class connections planning, media planning and investment solutions and/or stellar integrated marketing communications strategies and creative ideas
* Strong project manager with an innovative, creative mindset with strong communications and marketing background demonstrating over-delivery of programs on-time and on-budget consistently
* Will have a proven track record of implementing concepts and ideas with creativity and agility, driving cross-functional belief and delivery
* Should be both flexible and adaptable and able to integrate and influence adeptly across organization with a keen desire and ability to build strong relationships with marketing leaders and cross-franchise team

Communication Focus

* Internal connections planning, investment holistic plan cross categories, IMX for OU, global and cross-OU networked organization
* External connections activation thought leadership and collaborative agency and media industry partnerships
* Responsible for team delivery and cross-organization communication of connections plan value bundle across franchise system to ensure national to local geographic consistency, system belief and speed to market executional excellence
