KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is part of a pooled team that supports processes essential to the priorities of the Corporate Finance department, specifically FP&A and Finance Operations Departments, and rotates between FP&A and Finance Operations Departments initiatives and key priorities. Specifically, the role:

* Partner and collaborate across various teams within the department, including Global System Economics, Industry Insights, Investor Relations, and Corporate Planning and Performance. May include working with other Departments within the Finance Function, as well as other Global Functions, Operating Units, Platform Services based on the priorities of the Finance Function and the department

* For priorities identified, support the process to deliver expectations

* Leverage analysis and insights produced by Platform Services, Operating Units, Functions and produce ad-hoc analysis required to support rotating priorities whether specific initiatives i.e. Project / Ad-hoc base within FP&A, Finance Operations e.g. Category Value Chain or other Functions/Departments or a specific process e.g. Planning Process, Quarter-end Process, Rolling Estimate Process

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

* 5+ years of business experience, with experience in finance, or other generalist fields

* Graduate Degree in business, finance or a related field

* Analyst with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels, depending on priorities of the FP&A department, exemplifying network ways of working

Work Focus

* Business Partnership: Ability to partner with leaders of the IR and FP&A team as well as Finance Operations and the network of Functions / Operating Units / Platform Services

* Forecasting: Knowledge of and ability to make projections into the future (volume, financial statements, economic data, consumer preference, etc.) and use these projections to help plan future operations

* Comparative Financial Analysis: The ability to understand and analyse financial data (e.g., validity of balance sheet account balance, P&L variance, volume trends, returns on investments). This includes understanding the relationships among various data. This also includes plan vs. actuals, volume and rate variance analysis, RE/ABP analysis and/or reporting, etc. to support decision-making.

* Business Planning / Rolling Estimate Process: The ability to apply forecasting techniques and skills to evaluate business goals and strategies, analysing information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning and/or re-planning.

* Bottler / Commercial and Value Chain Analysis: The ability to understand the competitive impact, the drivers of volume and levers of profitability for the Bottler and the Company at a Total level and or Category level, pressure test assumptions, provide options and recommendations on action plans. Develops, maintains, and uses financial models, templates, strategic and operational measures and systems/tools in order to perform financial analysis.

Communication Focus

* Problem solving, process mind-set and analytical skills with great attention to detail

* Ability to rotate across priorities, leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working closely with Functions / Platform Services / Operating Units

* Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
