Now on to the good stuff what youll do:
The Supervisor of FamilyPath Operations supervises and supports between 5 - 10 clinical advisors as well as oversees the operations of the FamilyPath customer and provider facing experience to include:
* Welcoming patients to the FamilyPath program.
* Helping patients understand their medical and pharmacy benefits better.
* Guiding FamilyPath patients to the right provider or resource.
* Helping the business track patient interactions.
* Ensuring patients are equipped with information and recommendations for their specific situation.
* Working with providers to facilitate authorizations in order to ensure claims are paid correctly.
The primary responsibility of the FamilyPath Supervisor role is managing the FamilyPath clinical advisors as they interact with customers and providers throughout the day. In addition the Supervisor will:
* Maintain knowledge of industry standards and ensure all FamilyPath staff members are aware of changes.
* Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and criteria related to review.
* Ensure all interactions with customers and providers are compliant with all regulatory requirements.
* Ensure cost effective management of personnel, resources and technology.
* Provide leadership for FamilyPath clinical advisors including performing recruiting, counseling, performance review and metric tracking.
* Assist with health plan and regulatory agency audits.
* Ensure that the FamilyPath product is meeting all company goals.
* Maintain proper human resource and payroll documents.
* Monitor all reports for accuracy, perform root cause analysis and performance measurement.
* Participate in implementation of new health plans to the company.
* Participate in budgeting meetings with FamilyPath staff.
* Ensure timely completion of requests to meet service level agreements.
* Other duties as required.
What you need to do the job:
* Bachelors degree in psychology/social work, nursing, counseling or related field (can also include: family communications, health coaching, community/public health or other related major). NOTE: This is a non-clinical role and does not require a license
* 2 years management experience
* Previous customer service experience or related position
* Superb interpersonal communication
* Effective listening and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, setting priorities where needed
* Independently problem solve, with ability to function without constant supervision
* A demonstrated ability to type effectively; with strong PC skills/word processing experience and ability to learn new computer software systems
* Ability to learn new workflows and tasks quickly
* Ability to work independently and be a team player
* Previous call center environment experience preferred
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
