Remote, Work at home in the United States

Health Services Company focused on offering innovative and flexible solutions to health plans, employers, and government programs. This position will work closely with colleagues in business and legal to support the expansion of our product portfolio, maintenance of existing product offerings, and management of our pharmacy networks. The position requires an understanding of the health care industry as well as the interpersonal skills necessary to understand and manage complexity, influence business colleagues, foster collaboration and drive results in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Support the creation of new products and services being offered to a variety of payer types, including insurers and employer groups.
* Provide interpretative and practical advice regarding a variety of state and federal laws impacting the health services business sector, including pharmacy networks.
* Collaborate with the business team and enterprise colleagues on the creation and implementation of new or enhanced products and solutions, including data and analytics products and solutions and pharmacy network products.
* Advise on operational, strategic, and legislative matters relating to pharmacy networks.
* Review and draft contracts, company policies and other operational documents necessary to facilitate the growth and scaling of the companys operations.

Qualifications:

* J.D. from accredited law school/Bar membership required
* At least 5 years corporate legal department or law firm experience
* Broad knowledge of the health care and health services industry needed.
* Experience with provider networks and/or data and analytics product development and sales, particularly in the health services and insurance industries, is a plus.
* Knowledge of HIPAA and health care fraud, waste and abuse laws.
* Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills, including negotiation skills
* Interpersonal skills to develop and manage relationships with clients at all levels
* Ability to identify issues and propose actionable legal and business solutions
* Track record of project and process management
* Strong work ethic with effective time-management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Demonstrated good judgment and attention to detail
* Ability and desire to learn new subject areas and willingness take on new responsibilities

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
