* Management of Global Engineering Digital Systems, tools, and applications
* Oversight of Systems Usage, Licensing Management, and business performance
* Support Business Owner with Change Management, Upgrades, Service Desk Ticket Resolution, Verification/Testing Requirement and Internal & External Audits
* Support Business Owner with training strategy and curriculums of the Engineering Applications
* Partner with Project Execution & Site Operation teams to identify and select future tools and systems in areas such as asset management, 2D & 3D CAD, collaboration, process modeling, estimating, scheduling, and capital process related back-office administration (ie. authorization, forecasting, project portfolio management, etc)
* Partner with IT, Procurement, software and service vendors, etc. to implement required tools and systems solutions, including infrastructure stand-up, licensing, and vendor agreement activities
* Partner with Business Owner to develop User Requirements and coordinate Acceptance Testing
* Participate in Business Impact and Regulatory Risk Assessment
* Participate in Disaster Recovery Exercises
* Conduct Benchmarking Activities to drive continuous improvements
* Author Engineering Systems Standards & Procedural Documents
* Facilitate User Community of Practice Meetings
* Utilizes communication and persuasion skills and leads by example
* Maintains global expertise through ongoing training and participation in industry forums

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL

Education:

* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or other related field

Experience / Knowledge Desired:

* Minimum of 7 years experience with Engineering Applications used in a regulated industry (i.e. GxP manufacturing / supply chain / research and development) with a broad based understanding of IT Applications.
* Experience in engineering tools and systems (AutoDesk, Maximo, Collaboration Tools, etc.)
* Understanding of data security strategies and technologies to protect intellectual property assets
* Ability to translate end user requirements into actionable technical systems specifications
* Experience scoping and delivering enterprise-level software solutions
* Excellent planning, organizing, analysis and problem solving skills. Strong background and understanding in the planning and execution of projects.
* Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of business needs, risks and regulatory implications in the development/assessment of design alternatives
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
* Ability to use discretion with sensitive/confidential information
* Demonstrated proficiency with standard Project Management tools (MS Project, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and templates
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
