Better starts and ends with the customer

We will look to you to work closely with the Consumer Money Transfer Retail and Digital Go To Market (GTM) teams and collaborate with technology partners to design and build Western Union’s next-generation pricing strategy, tools and technology. The ideal candidate will have been a key driver in pricing transformation for a business unit or on behalf of a client in a consulting role.

You will have at least 8 years of significant pricing experience, with at least 5 of those being in a pricing transformation environment. You will be bachelor’s degree educated preferably an advanced degree in a related field.  You will have demonstrated experience designing and implementing pricing strategies, processes and tools with proven business results – either for a business unit or as a consultant on behalf of a client.  We prefer that you have experience with server-side experimentation platforms such as Optimizely or Evergage and a solid understanding of Revenue Management principles, best practices and advanced modeling techniques.
